Prior to the 50's, compounding drugs constituted the primary function of every pharmacist, and was considered state-
of-the-art. Since that time, many factors have combined to remove this activity from the daily functions of most pharmacists. At the Toronto Compounding Shoppe, the art is still practiced as a regular service. |
